Petra Romero is an international property investor, business owner and trainer. Petra started investing in property in the South of France using BTL and serviced accommodation strategies. In 2015, she moved to West Yorkshire and built a Rent to Rent to HMO business. Since then, Petra has expanded to operating a lettings and sourcing business, as well as continuing her investments in property. She has several years of experience as a rent-to-rent trainer, property coach and proving property investment mentorship.

Suzanne Gamache is an international property investor, business owner and trainer. Her coaching and training experience spans several industries and over 3 decades. Her property investing experience began while living in the South of France some 20 years ago, where she began investing in BTL and serviced accommodation properties. She moved to the UK in 2015, where she built a Rent to Rent business primarily with the HMO model with co-trainer Petra Romero. This business has expanded since its inception into lettings and sourcing as well. Suzanne has been training and mentoring in this Rent to Rent business model since 2017.
